Podiaplus is a company specializing in the distribution of orthotic and podiatry products in Canada. Our main goal is to offer our clients high-quality products that meet their needs. Our company is in full growth as we constantly work to adapt our products to better serve you. Working as one with our clients is what matters most to us.

History

Originally founded as DOT Distribution in November 2006, Podiaplus has always been the exclusive distributor of Podiatech Sidas Medical products in Canada. Whether they are looking for analysis and measurement tools, orthotic insoles, foot orthoses or materials to make plantar orthotics, orthotists and podiatrists can find a variety of high-quality products for their practice.

Since February 2009, Podiaplus has been the exclusive distributor of Francis Lavigne Développement products. In addition, we also provide Adour, Bruman and Pulman orthopedic shoes to orthotists and specialized shoe stores.

More recently, Podiaplus now carries a complete line of heated therapeutic clothing.

TERMS OF USE

Opening a client account takes up to seven (7) business days. The client account can be used to place orders on www.podiaplus.com and to pay by credit card.

Photos, technical specifications, sizes and prices are for indicative purposes only and can change without notice. All photos and illustrations of Podiatech products are the intellectual property of SIDAS SAS, and any unauthorized reproduction is forbidden. All photos and illustrations of other products are also protected under intellectual property laws and any unauthorized reproduction is forbidden.

All our prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.  Invoices must be paid upon receipt. Outstanding invoices are subject to monthly fees of 1.5% at an effective annual interest rate of 18%.

Shipping charges depend on the province of delivery and are subject to change without notice:

The size, colour, shore, density and thickness of the sheet materials may vary between manufacturing batches (thickness tolerance +/- 30%).  The cost of plates or rollers could therefore depend on the sizes delivered.

Merchandise cannot be returned without written authorization from the company. Returns must be made in the ten (10) business days following the receipt of the written authorization. Orders for pre-cut modules and custom products cannot be returned. No returns will be accepted past thirty (30) days of the invoice date.  All returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging, if applicable. Shipping costs remain the client’s responsibility.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Whenever possible, orders for materials and consumer goods placed before 3 p.m. (EST/EDT) are processed and shipped the same day. Unless otherwise specified, orders are delivered by carrier within 24 or 48 hours, depending on the destination.

REBATE OFFER

Shipping charges are waived for all orders over five hundred dollars ($500) before taxes. A five percent (5%) discount is applicable for all orders over a thousand dollars ($1,000) before taxes.
